R. 2212</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES</current-chamber><action><action-date date="20251118">November 18, 2025</action-date><action-desc> Received; read twice and referred to the <committee-name committee-id="SSGA00">Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>AN ACT</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to establish the Intelligence Rotational Assignment Program, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H83F42AA9482F4227B500DF1D6EC9CEAD" style="OLC"><pagebreak></pagebreak><section id="HF0393802CCC743F9B897F7802DFED56E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>DHS Intelligence Rotational Assignment Program and Law Enforcement Support Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section><section id="HC06F7139159E4BC5B9652BC50E882737"><enum>2.</enum><header>Department of Homeland Security Intelligence Rotational Assignment Program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 844 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/6/414">6 U.S.C. 414</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:</text><quoted-block id="HB5719E5DB58D43508454B672DC51940B" style="OLC"><subsection id="H77740E856B0C4249B8918DBDBBF706A8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Intelligence Community Civilian Joint Duty Program</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall require all components of the Department that are members of the DHS Intelligence Enterprise to participate in the ODNI Intelligence Community Civilian Joint Duty Program in a manner consistent with the policies established by the Director of National Intelligence for the Program.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestation-date date="20251117" chamber="House">Passed the House of Representatives November 17, 2025.</attestation-date><attestor display="yes">Kevin F.
