Short title

This Act may be cited as the Department of Government Efficiency Act or the DOGE Act.

Codification of Executive Order 14210

Executive Order 14210 (90 Fed. Reg. 9669, relating to implementing the President's Department of Government Efficiency workforce optimization initiative) shall have the force and effect of law.
