<section id="H400DADAD11A74AB4913D47CCE1320C7B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Bolts Ditch Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="HE5084C0217BA4A0F875D2CCAEC8EF36C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Additional entities allowed to maintain Bolts Ditch and the Bolts Ditch Headgate</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1101(a) of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/9">Public Law 116–9</external-xref>) is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: <quote>, the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District, a Colorado Special District, or the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority, an authority organized under the laws of the State of Colorado</quote>. </text></section>
