<section section-type="section-one" id="H2B55FF92D6474AA893FB3F4F049443A9"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Rocky Mountain Judgeship Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HB6FBEC3BB6E042D18781B6078FB7A358"><enum>2.</enum><header>Additional district judgeships for the districts of Colorado and Idaho</header> <subsection id="HFC1E420DE3FB49A59AAA2220108CE2B6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Colorado</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The President shall appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, 2 additional district judges for the district of Colorado.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HB5C11B44D1124BA4B0452E7DB431ADE9"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Idaho</header><text>The President shall appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, 1 additional district judges for the district of Idaho.</text></subsection> <subsection id="H8C20FC225CC44EC294109150E6616869"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Technical and conforming amendments</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table in section 133(a) of title 28, United States Code, is amended—</text>

<section id="HAA8EEFBD24254AA2ABC2129D449BFB83"><enum>3.</enum><header>Colorado</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 85 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>and Sterling</quote> and inserting <quote>Sterling, and Fort Collins</quote>. </text></section> </legis-body></bill>
