<section id="HEF47EE77163E4F15A9F5EF58A5FB0C14" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Designation of Haiti for temporary protected status</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall designate Haiti for temporary protected status for a period of 18 months beginning on August 3, 2025.</text></section> </legis-body></bill>
