<section id="HA26AB5C218D646D0809D33A9DF19FF18" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Repeal CFPB Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H7E503CEEB6E2423F809B5383BED654C3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"> The Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/5481">12 U.S.C. 5481 et seq.</external-xref>) is repealed, and the provisions of law amended or repealed by that Act are restored or revived as if the Act had not been enacted.</text></section>
