<section id="H542036AB90F549918D86B83797835E2C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Unplug the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Program Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HCE1A95F6089348FA94665BD6060AD14D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of charging and fueling infrastructure grants</header> <subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H644BAF69D4154F6CAAB687B474932425"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Authorization of appropriations</header><text>Section 11101(b) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/117/58">Public Law 117–58</external-xref>; 135 Stat. 444) is amended—</text>
<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H94D17A303E044BC3B891567647B51268"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (1)—</text> <subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H05AEA704BE80493BA0857EDB5AA7AD10"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking subparagraph (C); and</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HC077CBC62612466CAEC9560F7FDFF064"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by redesignating subparagraphs (D) through (G) as subparagraphs (C) through (F), respectively; and</text></subparagraph></paragraph> <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H15E2896D6FB34708B7D71DB5A53A2CC6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (2)(B), by striking <quote>paragraph (1)(G)</quote> and inserting <quote>paragraph (1)(F)</quote>.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6EB11B12C3F74A00968D9F5899173462"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Grant program</header><text>Section 151 of title 23, United States Code, is amended—</text> <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H3531C913EF8848D28AEFB07A40256960"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (e)(2), by striking <quote>, including through funds awarded through the grant program under subsection (f),</quote>; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H53DAD9F72B654D4C95EC0DC9F4D89E00"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (f). </text></paragraph></subsection></section> <section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section" id="H70BF6D04268C4959AFDEC48BF6CC8293"><enum>3.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Repeal of National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program</header> <subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H73965E815E224687B395D4DFFE5C16E8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Rescission</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The unobligated amounts made available under paragraph (2) in the matter under the heading <quote><header-in-text style="OLC" level="appropriations-small">highway infrastructure programs</header-in-text></quote> under the heading <quote><header-in-text style="OLC" level="appropriations-intermediate">Federal Highway Administration</header-in-text></quote> under the heading <quote><header-in-text style="appropriations" level="appropriations-major">Department of Transportation</header-in-text></quote> in title VIII of division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/117/58">Public Law 117–58</external-xref>; 135 Stat. 1419) are rescinded. </text></subsection>
<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H088BC73914FD4BA18A01554ADA7EB441"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Termination</header><text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, beginning on the date of enactment of this Act—</text> <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H473A490E197A440BB0D87F47A46E64AE"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the program under paragraph (2) in the matter under the heading <quote><header-in-text style="OLC" level="appropriations-small">highway infrastructure programs</header-in-text></quote> under the heading <quote><header-in-text style="OLC" level="appropriations-intermediate">Federal Highway Administration</header-in-text></quote> under the heading <quote><header-in-text style="appropriations" level="appropriations-major">Department of Transportation</header-in-text></quote> in title VIII of division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/117/58">Public Law 117–58</external-xref>; 135 Stat. 1419) is terminated; and</text></paragraph>
