<section id="H2530131A8B7544C79706A6470236DAE5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Denying Regulatory Interference with Landowners and Legislatures Now Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>DRILL Now Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="HC06CC104B14D46DC9F163CD74E99ECBB"><enum>2.</enum><header>Regulation of hydraulic fracturing within the Susquehanna, Delaware, and Potomac River basins</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 5019 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/114">Public Law 110–114</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<subsection id="H476900A75E5D4E158ABAB7E0CEF05560"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Regulation of hydraulic fracturing</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any provision of the Susquehanna River Basin Compact to which consent was given by <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/91/575">Public Law 91–575</external-xref> (84 Stat. 1512), the Delaware River Basin Compact to which consent was given by <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/87/328">Public Law 87–328</external-xref> (75 Stat. 691), or the Potomac River Basin Compact to which consent was given by <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/91/407">Public Law 91–407</external-xref> (84 Stat. 856), the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, the Delaware River Basin Commission, and the Interstate Commission on the Potomac River Basin, as applicable, may not finalize, implement, or enforce any regulation relating to hydraulic fracturing that is issued pursuant to any authority other than that of the State in which the regulation is to be implemented or enforced.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> </legis-body></bill>
