RES. 22</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20250331">March 31, 2025</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="M001160">Ms. Moore of Wisconsin</sponsor> submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HHA00">Committee on House Administration</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>CONCURRENT RESOLUTION</legis-type><official-title display="yes">Authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medals awarded under the ‘Six Triple Eight’ Congressional Gold Medal Act of 2021.</official-title></form><resolution-body style="OLC" id="HD548BB59A71D4472BDF4CA06C78C8C81"><section display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="section-one" id="HB1669B36D6FD4B2E90BFBA2A073486C7"><enum>1.</enum><header>Use of Emancipation Hall for a ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medals awarded under the ‘Six Triple Eight’ Congressional Gold Medal Act of 2021</header><subsection id="H33B6AD9764104C09B2B0550E5DC95495"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center is authorized to be used on April 29, 2025, for a ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medals awarded under the ‘Six Triple Eight’ Congressional Gold Medal Act of 2021 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/117/97">Public Law 117–97</external-xref>).</text></subsection><subsection id="H2685B9A145A844569714A4F21B890F7F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Preparations</header><text>Physical preparations for the ceremony described in <internal-xref idref="H33B6AD9764104C09B2B0550E5DC95495" legis-path="1.(a)">subsection (a)</internal-xref> shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions as the Architect of the Capitol may prescribe.</text></subsection></section></resolution-body></resolution>
