Short title

This Act may be cited as the Lieutenant Osvaldo Albarati Stopping Prison Contraband Act.

Prohibited possession of a phone

Section 1791(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—(1)in paragraph (3), by inserting or (d)(1)(F) after (d)(1)(B); and(2)in paragraph (4), by striking , (d)(1)(E), or (d)(1)(F) and inserting or (d)(1)(E).
