Short title

This Act may be cited as the Codifying SAVE Plan Act.

Codifying the SAVE Plan

The provisions of parts 682 and 685 of title 34, Code of Federal Regulations, (relating to the SAVE Plan), as amended by the final regulations published by the Department of Education in the Federal Register on July 10, 2023 (88 Fed. Reg. 43820), shall have the force and effect of enacted law.
