Short title

This Act may be cited as the Slip-on Tanks for Tribes Act of 2024.

Financial assistance for acquisition of firefighting slip-on tanker units

Section 40803(c)(5) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (16 U.S.C. 6592(c)(5)) is amended by inserting and Indian Tribes after local governments.
