and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ideea08a5a18d04af0b02d2dce59685b14"><enum>(5)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idAF5DE3410D374E89851C5BD2ABE38F4B" changed="deleted" reported-display-style="strikethrough" committee-id="SSEV00"><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id5dfc2dffcc774c6a8d384e9813ad6826"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Black vulture livestock protection program</header><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id25bcf8f092494f509b73b6e629490e1e"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Secretary, in coordination with States, shall carry out, through fiscal year 2030, a black vulture livestock protection program (referred to in this subsection as the <term>program</term>) that allows 1 public entity per State to hold a statewide depredation permit to protect commercial agriculture livestock from black vulture predation.</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id632d1709ea5141c5bf10789a262c6251"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Requirements</header><text>Each public entity that holds a depredation permit under the program—</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id7d9e58837c68490ea786fd3b5625e664"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">shall—</text><clause id="id5c3a6a733674425e8e78e5d26e736cd8"><enum>(i)</enum><text>demonstrate sufficient experience and capacity to provide government regulated services to the public, as determined by the Secretary;</text></clause><clause id="id47f4b86480824e96b9ebd3bde0f83a36"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>submit a complete depredation permit application, as determined by the Secretary, for review and approval according to procedures of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service; </text></clause><clause id="idd47203de78914e379834842868da3dc2"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>be responsible for complying with, and ensuring subpermittee compliance with, as applicable, all permit conditions; and</text></clause><clause id="id673a0b7c841d45f9ade064e2176b2d86"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>be responsible for collecting, managing, and reporting required information under the permit; and</text></clause></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id90cbafcb0c904ee7b11bea6bf48e2fa9"><enum>(B)</enum><text>may subpermit to livestock producers to take black vultures for the purposes of livestock protection.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ida4810207d5974ce7ad5c638d6a95268c"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Study</header><text>The Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Administrator of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, shall carry out a study on whether prescribed take levels of black vultures may be increased for subpermittees within a biologically sustainable take level for the population.</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id890774249e814bc7a0962d6bf5296d87"><enum>(4)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of the <short-title>America's Conservation Enhancement Reauthorization Act of 2024</short-title>, the Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Administrator of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, shall submit to the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives a report on the status of the program, including the results of the study required under paragraph (3).</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id970a5454741344e7940b79422f63125b"><enum>103.</enum><header>Chronic Wasting Disease Task Force</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 104(d)(1) of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/667h">16 U.S.C. 667h(d)(1)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2025</quote> and inserting <quote>2030</quote>.</text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8de1d52e061147ea98364878f60c71ee"><enum>104.</enum><header>Protection of water, oceans, coasts, and wildlife from invasive species</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 10(p) of the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/666c-1">16 U.S.C. 666c–1(p)</external-xref>) is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking <quote>2025</quote> and inserting <quote>2030</quote>.</text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id2b680b4993eb4c8d88ab72bdaca0aec8"><enum>105.</enum><header>North American Wetlands Conservation Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 7(c) of the North American Wetlands Conservation Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/4406">16 U.S.C. 4406(c)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idba351a57a1c2434294035ab4e184c788"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>not to exceed $60,000,000</quote> and inserting the following: “not to exceed—</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idEE26A2DC47D84A21AF5D7AA3F172683C" changed="deleted" reported-display-style="strikethrough" committee-id="SSEV00"><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id31296d835c5647fe9524ebcc324e492c"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">$60,000,000</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9f7362ed7f7241819834111348536f15"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (1) (as so designated), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id2fe545c495d443ef8af22146d90521fc"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idCE749D70E0F947FAA7BDB163FF903476" changed="deleted" reported-display-style="strikethrough" committee-id="SSEV00"><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id6f2f2c443ad44a04993077c1bc5ad73c"><enum>(2)</enum><text>$65,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section><section id="id76dafa28208e4f26ab4313fda4b73162"><enum>106.</enum><header>National Fish and Wildlife Foundation Establishment Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 10 of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation Establishment Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/3709">16 U.S.C. 3709</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ide12767b931964b979ffd7c01b372a3a9"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>2025</quote> and inserting <quote>2030</quote>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id1f1fe86170724bc3919356434e61de65"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (b)(1)—</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id0a6d6e8b9bf54b1facd6218525f5663f"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>and cooperative agreements,</quote> and inserting <quote>, cooperative agreements, participating agreements, and similar instruments used for providing partnership funds,</quote>;</text></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id70747e9cbdc345b58c27cb41e7fee697"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by redesignating subparagraphs (B) and (C) as subparagraphs (C) and (D), respectively;</text></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idd09a30a2f3624bc29677028d5a34d832"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id1CF97B2CB5D9446E9E392621CEB2DEB2" changed="deleted" reported-display-style="strikethrough" committee-id="SSEV00"><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id4b9ccf31492c4158bcc51be27b2505d2"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Funding agreements</header><text>Federal departments, agencies, and instrumentalities may enter into a Federal funding agreement with the Foundation for a period of not less than 5 years and not more than 10 years.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subparagraph><subparagraph id="id00a0d37a8f2648b698c563e976deb887" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(D)</enum><text>in subparagraph (C) (as so redesignated), by inserting <quote>, and should when possible,</quote> after <quote>may</quote>. </text></subparagraph></paragraph></section><section id="idc4483f8ecfeb463e93884b13e3f4c6b2" commented="no"><enum>107.</enum><header>Modification of definition of sport fishing equipment under TSCA</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 108(a) of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/2601">15 U.S.C. 2601</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/188">Public Law 116–188</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>During the 5-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act</quote> and inserting <quote>During the period beginning on the date of enactment of the <short-title>America's Conservation Enhancement Reauthorization Act of 2024</short-title> and ending on September 30, 2030</quote>.</text></section><section id="id91f67d7d699f4b3688d3d80ff5a3281b"><enum>108.</enum><header>Chesapeake Bay Program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 117(j) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/1267">33 U.S.C. 1267(j)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9a5bb3cc83b3491b86f7ebe3ac7d23b5"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (4), by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id10e7b18a8c4744589347aca061ba5ba4"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ided2eabda99b742199a22f38d357a3759"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block id="id5F7ED01AB78B4A71A4EA8B224170E6C6" style="OLC" act-name="" changed="deleted" reported-display-style="strikethrough" committee-id="SSEV00"><paragraph id="id403D022C5A2848E9AED5A7B057EE17C8" commented="no"><enum>(6)</enum><text>for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, $100,000,000.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id3979b534b6874826a031b72618a5a013"><enum>109.</enum><header>Chesapeake Bay Initiative Act of 1998</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 502(c) of the Chesapeake Bay Initiative Act of 1998 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/105/312">Public Law 105–312</external-xref>; 112 Stat. 2963; 134 Stat. 920) is amended by striking <quote>2025</quote> and inserting <quote>2030</quote>.</text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id059000e58db946deb944b4abb1f95dae"><enum>110.</enum><header>Chesapeake Watershed Investments for Landscape Defense</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 111(e)(1) of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/1267">33 U.S.C. 1267</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/188">Public Law 116–188</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2025</quote> and inserting <quote>2030</quote>.</text></section><enum>II</enum><header>National Fish Habitat Conservation through Partnerships</header><section id="id8595235c707549cd9020b3995e73581e"><enum>201.</enum><header>National Fish Habitat Board</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 203(a)(2) of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/8203">16 U.S.C. 8203(a)(2)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id0d6f3e33503e4937a0355d8986f3c3d9"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>26 members</quote> and inserting <quote>28 members</quote>;</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idf037ee6dab8c4155981f674b1615383a"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subparagraph (A) and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id53F33BA0D9D14765BB69E1D9A4F8EF88" changed="deleted" reported-display-style="strikethrough" committee-id="SSEV00"><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id176b225fad5f4406a9ce95d7088a2a7c"><enum>(A)</enum><text>2 shall be representatives of the Department of the Interior, including the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and the Bureau of Land Management;</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>; or</text></clause><clause commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ida6d8310d92af401ab903b7abe7f0bd18"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>the Marine Fisheries Commissions;</text></clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="iddceea9178c8c4e88bf59748795711718"><enum>202.</enum><header>Fish Habitat Partnerships</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 204(e) of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/8204">16 U.S.C. 8204(e)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id88984c5a66e740ac83c85e8bceaa4d20"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting <quote>, subject to paragraph (3),</quote> after <quote>Act and</quote>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idad885ba3dd3c4858a305f1b99bf82af3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id1D4869CEC6504CA49F4EE48F3E4FAFF3" changed="deleted" reported-display-style="strikethrough" committee-id="SSEV00"><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8ced129093bd4989a1b1ed3ac6802e03"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>The Board shall only submit a report required under paragraph (1) in the fiscal years in which the Board is proposing modifications to, or new designations of, 1 or more Partnerships.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section" id="idfdc78f08b48a4382893f9e6992f21640"><enum>203.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Fish habitat conservation projects</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 205 of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/8205">16 U.S.C. 8205</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9302483caff545de81089aab5a643a26"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (b), by striking <quote>for the following fiscal year</quote>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8bb17cd013724ca997e3015227741735"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (e)—</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idd27d97cb622a46c18604b649e3cde16a"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking paragraph (1) and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idE415C3A8CEC042429098C580BB033027" changed="deleted" reported-display-style="strikethrough" committee-id="SSEV00"><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id02553f1024644bd6804984ee1a4a5d5f"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The non-Federal share of the total cost of all fish habitat conservation projects carried out by a Partnership each year shall be at least 50 percent.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idd000be523cee4c729308a6b5206a1620"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>Such non-Federal share of the cost of a fish habitat conservation project</quote> and inserting <quote>The non-Federal share described in paragraph (1)</quote>.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ida78aae6fcde143d0bbffef8338de9834"><enum>204.</enum><header>Technical and scientific assistance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 206(a) of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/8206">16 U.S.C. 8206(a)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting <quote>, the Bureau of Land Management,</quote> after <quote>the Forest Service</quote>.</text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idecb9e916a66848ff82b08b863957cf78"><enum>205.</enum><header>Accountability and reporting</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 209 of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/8209">16 U.S.C. 8209</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="id8be11501fa6c42bf96f4656ad833b83f" commented="no"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking subsection (b);</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id7bdd5bb7f2c94873945de0487bf5dde7"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (a)—</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id1605f176535042248d2aa86c25aff7b7"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking the subsection designation and heading and all that follows through <quote>Not later than</quote> in paragraph (1) and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idCCB7E32F7E7F4DB5BEE52765D05AC811" changed="deleted" reported-display-style="strikethrough" committee-id="SSEV00"><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id54234c92ec514f72aee8a3d20c4eed4b"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ida28e23b6-8097-41c5-8d5b-db0fd3a4c32c"><enum>(5)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id86e3ae55-9033-4900-a14b-e1e3e4d41135" changed="added" reported-display-style="italic" committee-id="SSEV00"><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idb6104199-4de8-4f89-b642-f4d88df6b8f3"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Black vulture livestock protection program</header><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id201cd74f-9704-45c9-956b-9c57c348fb77"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Secretary, in coordination with States, shall carry out, through fiscal year 2030, a black vulture livestock protection program (referred to in this subsection as the <term>program</term>) that allows 1 public entity or Farm Bureau organization per State to hold a statewide depredation permit to protect commercial agriculture livestock from black vulture predation.</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id68855e01-4e7e-4555-bc91-672964130e75"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Requirements</header><text>Each public entity or Farm Bureau organization that holds a depredation permit under the program—</text><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idfec42acd-41e1-4f9e-8ee3-2f607b63cd36"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">shall—</text><clause id="idffb0cb1e-63be-4a48-9aca-2171a40ca62b"><enum>(i)</enum><text>demonstrate sufficient experience and capacity to provide government regulated services to the public, as determined by the Secretary;</text></clause><clause id="id0f9fa342-439e-4b40-800a-6513f44d6614"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>submit a complete depredation permit application, as determined by the Secretary, for review and approval according to procedures of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service; </text></clause><clause id="id1f948a54-be9c-477f-80c7-a7d42af9f8fd"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>be responsible for complying with, and ensuring subpermittee compliance with, as applicable, all permit conditions; and</text></clause><clause id="id62f2d493-0036-4992-a3c2-2cdf818cb592"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>be responsible for collecting, managing, and reporting required information under the permit; and</text></clause></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idf90ace23-2f3e-4910-9bb6-5c5715f4f8f8"><enum>(B)</enum><text>may subpermit to livestock producers to take black vultures for the purposes of livestock protection.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id4aa185d1-d710-4238-8a8b-e91db22f4e3b"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Study</header><text>The Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Administrator of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, shall carry out a study on whether prescribed take levels of black vultures may be increased for subpermittees within a biologically sustainable take level for the population.</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idec3328cd-f391-410c-9b9f-75a206b55ac2"><enum>(4)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of the <short-title>America's Conservation Enhancement Reauthorization Act of 2024</short-title>, the Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Administrator of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, shall submit to the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives a report on the status of the program, including the results of the study required under paragraph (3).</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id7b1df522-dccd-47bd-be87-3d6490251877"><enum>103.</enum><header>Chronic Wasting Disease Task Force</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 104(d)(1) of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/667h">16 U.S.C. 667h(d)(1)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2025</quote> and inserting <quote>2030</quote>.</text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idbc4da75d-58bc-4260-80fb-53c4064415e2"><enum>104.</enum><header>Protection of water, oceans, coasts, and wildlife from invasive species</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 10(p) of the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/666c-1">16 U.S.C. 666c–1(p)</external-xref>) is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking <quote>2025</quote> and inserting <quote>2030</quote>.</text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idb909ff45-5114-45f2-ada1-a891cc851203"><enum>105.</enum><header>North American Wetlands Conservation Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 7(c) of the North American Wetlands Conservation Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/4406">16 U.S.C. 4406(c)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id3583d342-4f7d-4a9d-b5cb-9d4c361d8994"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>not to exceed $60,000,000</quote> and inserting the following: “not to exceed—</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idf3ce0c0d-2c9c-4cf5-836b-9098aae0a8d9" changed="added" reported-display-style="italic" committee-id="SSEV00"><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idfdad7427-6002-4016-9756-c566a1eb255a"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">$60,000,000</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id881d010b-7417-4ff9-9282-5c32e3511720"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (1) (as so designated), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; or</text></clause><clause commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id35e55115-9c16-4c56-9bac-54a45ad0ee67"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>the Marine Fisheries Commissions;</text></clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idfee666322ba74789b64defe359ef2cea"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (e)(1)(B), by striking <quote>all members</quote> and inserting <quote>the members present</quote>.</text></paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ide67d79a0-2639-49e3-8aca-a95b8c7fb95a"><enum>202.</enum><header>Fish Habitat Partnerships</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 204(e) of the America's Conservation Enhancement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/8204">16 U.S.C. 8204(e)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id82318e46-1b83-4e16-aa52-d7b7a5b5b314"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting <quote>, subject to paragraph (3),</quote> after <quote>Act and</quote>;
