Short title

This Act may be cited as the No Industrial Restrictions In Secret Act of 2024 or the No IRIS Act of 2024.

Prohibition on use of assessments generated by the Integrated Risk Information System program

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency may not use any assessment generated by the Integrated Risk Information System program of the Environmental Protection Agency as the primary data source—(1)to develop, finalize, or issue a rule or regulation; (2)to carry out any other regulatory action; or(3)to inform the National Air Toxics Assessment.
