<whereas><text>Whereas, on February 24, 1849, Laclede County, Missouri, and Lebanon, Missouri, were organized;</text></whereas> <whereas><text>Whereas Laclede County is made up of more than 36,000 proud Missourians, and Lebanon of more than 14,000 Missourians;</text></whereas>
<whereas><text>Whereas Laclede County was named after Pierre Laclede, the founder of St. Louis, Missouri; and</text></whereas> <whereas><text>Whereas the city of Lebanon, Missouri, is the largest municipality of Laclede County, Missouri: Now, therefore, be it</text></whereas></preamble><resolution-body style="traditional" id="H79F622D2BB5047F081899249AD3BA150">
