Whereas, on February 24, 1849, Laclede County, Missouri, and Lebanon, Missouri, were organized; Whereas Laclede County is made up of more than 36,000 proud Missourians, and Lebanon of more than 14,000 Missourians; Whereas Laclede County was named after Pierre Laclede, the founder of St. Louis, Missouri; and Whereas the city of Lebanon, Missouri, is the largest municipality of Laclede County, Missouri: Now, therefore, be it

That the House of Representatives— (1)recognizes the 175th anniversary of the organization of Laclede County, Missouri, and the city of Lebanon, Missouri; and (2)acknowledges the importance of Laclede County, Missouri, and the city of Lebanon, Missouri, to the State of Missouri.
