Class A Misdemeanor

Section 3559 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: (h)

Class A misdemeanor

Any person who willfully and knowingly violates a provision of Federal law, for which no punishment is prescribed for such violation under statute, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. .
