Short title

This Act may be cited as the Protection of Child Victims from Online Predators Act.

Amendment to title 18, United States Code

Section 2251(d) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:(3)For purposes of this subsection, a notice or advertisement can occur in a private, one-on-one communication..
