Short title

This Act may be cited as the Expanding Security Assistance Notification Act.

Modification of definitions of congressional committees under the Leahy laws

For purposes of—(1)section 362 of title 10, United States Code, the term appropriate committees of Congress shall include the Committee on Oversight and Accountability of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and(2)section 620M of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2378d), the term appropriate congressional committees shall include the Committee on Oversight and Accountability of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate.
