Short title

This Act may be cited as the Corner Post Reversal Act.

Section 702 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting Except as otherwise expressly provided by law, an action under this section shall be commenced within 6 years after the date on which the relevant agency action was finalized. after judicial review thereof..
