Short title

This Act may be cited as the Biodiversity Oversight Scaled-back And Fully Erased Act of 2024 or BIOSAFE Act of 2024.

Withdrawal of proposed rule relating to National Wildlife Refuge System

The Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, shall withdraw the proposed rule titled National Wildlife Refuge System; Biological Integrity, Diversity, and Environmental Health (89 Fed. Reg. 7345; published February 2, 2024).
