Short title

This Act may be cited as the Paula Bohovesky and Joan D’Alessandro Act.

Death or Imprisonment for Crimes Against Children

Section 3559(d)(1)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after 14 years the following: or if the victim has not attained the age of 18 years if the charge involved a sexual offense.
