<section id="H4C1E5B9C2E9D42A28E5D040BD52AEA69" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Linemen Legacy Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section section-type="subsequent-section" id="H02FAB22F99AE4CEC9A409DB2C1872888"><enum>2.</enum><header>Emergency response providers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2(6) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/6/101">6 U.S.C. 101(6)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H68D03797C81F464399AC67B228AB85C4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>includes Federal</quote> and inserting “includes—</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H40829D56BC8C4F9FB72338F691ADAE44"> <subparagraph id="H89AEFA9DF21243348213AB1DA26E3CF9"><enum>(A)</enum><text>Federal</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H651991D44C914EF3BA3BBE81E0F2D926"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HAF561E58C7C644E1B804AD4030FEBF53"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>

<subparagraph id="HFB5D195B70B9440BA5DF8ADA0B250E01"><enum>(B)</enum><text>utility line technicians responding to a major disaster or an emergency declared by the President under section 501 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5191">42 U.S.C. 5191</external-xref>).</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section> </legis-body></bill>
