Short title

This Act may be cited as the Shrinkflation Reduction Act.

Recissions of unobligated balances

The unobligated balances of any amounts made available under any of the following laws are hereby rescinded: (1)The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Public Law 117–2). (2)The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58). (3)Public Law 117–69 (commonly referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act).
