Short title

This Act may be cited as the National Landslide Preparedness Act Reauthorization Act of 2024.

National Landslide Preparedness Act reauthorization

The National Landslide Preparedness Act (43 U.S.C. 3101 et seq.) is amended—(1)in section 3(h) (43 U.S.C. 3102(h)), by striking 2021 through 2024 and inserting 2024 through 2028; and(2)in section 5(e), by striking 2021 through 2024 and inserting 2024 through 2028.
