<section id="HD55E4185F1AF4C7C81B12A817C0EDFF5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Procurement and placement of statue of Benjamin Franklin in the United States Capitol</header> 
<subsection id="HA42F984E89AB485CA799C1900010AD21"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Obtaining of statue</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Joint Committee on the Library shall enter into an agreement to obtain a statue of Benjamin Franklin, under such terms and conditions as the Joint Committee considers appropriate consistent with applicable law.</text></subsection> <subsection id="H96E994F9F84B46EF9B759A9D09A4983F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Placement</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than January 1, 2026, the Joint Committee shall place the statue obtained under <internal-xref idref="HA42F984E89AB485CA799C1900010AD21" legis-path="1.(a)">subsection (a)</internal-xref> in a suitable permanent location in the United States Capitol where the statue is accessible to the public during a guided tour of the Capitol provided by the Capitol Visitor Center.</text></subsection> </section>
