Short title

This Act may be cited as the Affordable Connectivity Program Extension Act of 2024.

Appropriation for Affordable Connectivity Program

Section 904(i)(2) of division N of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (47 U.S.C. 1752(i)(2)) is amended—(1)by striking There is and inserting the following:(A)

Fiscal year 2021

There is; and(2)by adding at the end the following:(B)

Fiscal year 2024

There is appropriated to the Affordable Connectivity Fund, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $7,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2024, to remain available until expended..
