R. 6009</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES</current-chamber><action><action-date date="20240321">March 21, 2024</action-date><action-desc>Received; read twice and referred to the <committee-name committee-id="SSEG00">Committee on Energy and Natural Resources</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>AN ACT</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To require the Director of the Bureau of Land Management to withdraw the proposed rule relating to fluid mineral leases and leasing process, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause" style="OLC" id="H354B3FC2507A4A17BC2F4DA4F86A4579"><pagebreak></pagebreak><section id="H692B7F61263C400CA79E0D362FF23834" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Restoring American Energy Dominance Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="H8152D10A45E1441BAD8522B01B75F7E1" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Withdrawal of BLM proposed rule</header><subsection id="HD054155ADA0144BEB48304F9407ACF4B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director of the Bureau of Land Management shall withdraw the proposed rule of the Bureau of Land Management entitled <quote>Fluid Mineral Leases and Leasing Process</quote> (88 Fed. Reg. 47562 (July 24, 2023)).</text></subsection><subsection id="HEA6E0F21A3574765A3010FC236E1F528"><enum>(b)</enum><header>No further action</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Director of the Bureau of Land Management may not take any action to finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule described in subsection (a) or any substantially similar rule.</text></subsection></section></legis-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestation-date date="20240320" chamber="House">Passed the House of Representatives March 20, 2024.</attestation-date><attestor display="yes">Kevin F.
