This document is intended only to provide clarity to the public regarding existing requirements under the law or agency policies.</quote>.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H8D5F38B42CD04F8298290D98ADDDDD3D"><enum>(c)</enum><header>OMB guidance</header><text>Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall issue guidance to implement this Act.</text></subsection></section></legis-body><endorsement display="yes"><action-date date="20241218">December 18, 2024</action-date><action-desc>Reported with an amendment, committed to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union, and ordered to be printed</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
