id="id2ecb33f28f424a28b64c2530a408f3cd"><enum>101.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Continuing Appropriations Act, 2024 (division A of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/118/15">Public Law 118–15</external-xref>) is further amended—</text><paragraph id="idddb5858023484def904f36b267fa6eea"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking the date specified in section 106(3) and inserting <quote>March 8, 2024</quote>;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="idb09c9960d36048a080047263332ecd14"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the date specified in section 106(4) and inserting <quote>March 1, 2024</quote>;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="idd0ddeeb882704d5e8f6dacdaef7a8eec"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in section 123, by striking <quote>94 days</quote> and inserting <quote>129 days</quote> and by striking <quote>94-day</quote> and inserting <quote>129-day</quote>;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id0cca371f98be46c590aa488254003c88"><enum>(4)</enum><text>in display-inline="yes-display-inline">Amounts made available by section 101 for <quote>Department of Energy—Atomic Energy Defense Activities—National Nuclear Security Administration—Weapons Activities</quote> may be apportioned up to the rate for operations necessary to mitigate issuing WARN notices for <quote>06–D–141 Uranium Processing Facility, Y–12</quote> in an amount not to exceed $760,000,000.</text></subsection><subsection id="id51497edb3cf4448fbcbc712b99d1eb74"><enum>(b)</enum><text>The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall notify the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate not later than 3 days after each use of the authority provided in this section, and the Secretary of Energy shall provide a weekly report to the Committees specifying the obligations incurred for the purposes specified in subsection (a) with amounts made available in this Act. </text></subsection></section><section id="idf56c306966394707b08f6a71472a41b8"><enum> 148.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Amounts made available by section 101 for <quote>Department of Transportation—Federal Aviation Administration—Operations</quote> may be apportioned up to the rate for operations necessary to fund mandatory pay increases and other inflationary adjustments, to maintain and improve air traffic services, to hire and train air traffic controllers, and to continue aviation safety oversight, while avoiding service reductions.</text></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section><section id="id7679d7ab2db0455ba653e705f7510546" section-type="undesignated-section"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This division may be cited as the <quote>Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2024</quote>.</text></section></division><division section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>101.</enum><header>Extension for community health centers, National Health Service Corps, and teaching health centers that operate GME title IV of the Social Security Act shall continue through March 8, 2024, in the manner authorized for fiscal year 2023, and out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, there are hereby appropriated such sums as may be necessary for such purpose.</text></section><section id="H34E27D0E126440538BA0596B51FF7301" id="id66f7da2f7fdc453d90664ac21c04ed95"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Senate PAYGO scorecards</header><text>The budgetary effects of this division shall not be entered on any PAYGO scorecard maintained for purposes of section 4106 of H. Con. Res. 71 (115th Congress).</text></subsection><subsection id="id2a4dc4c0feac4aeeb28873f9d3e769ff"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Classification of budgetary effects</header><text>Notwithstanding Rule 3 of the Budget Scorekeeping Guidelines set forth in the joint explanatory statement of the committee of conference accompanying Conference Report 105–217 and section 250(c)(8) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, the budgetary effects of this division shall not be estimated—</text><paragraph id="idc3e825ba6b154a8a812bcd02a8221adc"><enum>(1)</enum><text>for purposes of section 251 of such Act;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id6e302d99baf044d99a4f24d93a129e3e"><enum>(2)</enum><text>for purposes of an allocation to the Committee on Appropriations pursuant to section 302(a) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id5f22288cd7164e7d841f70fe2034f493"><enum>(3)</enum><text>for purposes of paragraph (4)(C) of section 3 of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010 as being included in an appropriation Act.</text></paragraph></subsection></section></title></division></amendment-block></amendment></engrossed-amendment-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestor></attestor><role>Secretary</role></attestation-group></attestation><endorsement></endorsement></amendment-doc>
