Such issuance and this section shall not be subject to judicial review.</text></section></legis-body><endorsement display="yes"><action-date date="20241218">December 18, 2024</action-date><action-desc>Committed to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union and ordered to be printed</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
