Short title

This Act may be cited as the Visa Integrity Preservation Act of 2024.

In person interview with consular officer requirement for aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States

Section 222(h)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1202(h)(2)) is amended—(1)in subparagraph (E)(iv), by striking or at the end;(2)in subparagraph (F)(iii), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or; and(3)by adding at the end the following:(G)is inadmissible under paragraph (6) or (9) of section 212(a)..
