That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Defense relating to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement: Architect and Engineering Service Fees (DFARS Case 2024–D019) (89 Fed. Reg. 53502; published June 27, 2024) and such rule shall have no force or effect.
