RES. 120</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20240710">July 10, 2024</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="C001087">Mr. Crawford</sponsor> (for himself, <cosponsor name-id="H001072">Mr. Hill</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="W000809">Mr. Womack</cosponsor>, and <cosponsor name-id="W000821">Mr. Westerman</cosponsor>) submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HHA00">Committee on House Administration</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>CONCURRENT RESOLUTION</legis-type><official-title display="yes">Authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a ceremony as part of the unveiling of the statue of Johnny Cash, provided by the State of Arkansas.</official-title></form><resolution-body style="OLC" id="H800738F9CE3949A5A6EA9DED19499444"><section display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="section-one" id="HD067CC5442CC44E7B3753B3EE6F5C62A"><enum>1.</enum><header>Use of Emancipation Hall for a ceremony as part of the unveiling of the statue of Johnny Cash</header><subsection id="H071E37189E9146ADBA5FA2AAC932D732"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center is authorized to be used on September 24, 2024, for a ceremony as part of the unveiling of the statue of Johnny Cash, provided by the State of Arkansas.</text></subsection><subsection id="H50EE2716B6DE4B5DB5778DA67AB1CFB7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Preparations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Physical preparations for the ceremony described in subsection (a) shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions as the Architect of the Capitol may prescribe. </text></subsection></section></resolution-body></resolution>
