Short title

This Act may be cited as the Small Business Contracting Fairness Act.

Disadvantaged business enterprises

Section 11101(e)(2)(A) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58; 135 Stat. 449) is amended to read as follows:(A)

Small business concern

The term small business concern means a small business concern (as the term is used in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632))..
