Reg. 69778).</text></section><section id="HA2809F4DAD014FB7ACF2C3C384717C2B"><enum>3.</enum><header>No judicial review</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Reissuance of the final rule under section 2 shall not be subject to judicial review.</text></section></legis-body><endorsement display="yes"><action-date date="20230920">September 20, 2023</action-date><action-desc>Committed to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union and ordered to be printed</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
