Short title

This Act may be cited as the Small Business Ceiling Fan Manufacturer Protection Act.

Prohibiting implementation of proposed rule entitled Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation for Ceiling Fans

The Secretary of Energy may not take any action to finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule entitled Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Ceiling Fans (88 Fed. Reg. 40932 (June 22, 2023)) or any future proposed rule of a substantially similar nature.
