Funding authority for livestock relocation and feed crop losses due to natural disasters

Section 5 of the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act (15 U.S.C. 714c) is amended—(1)by redesignating subsection (h) as subsection (i); and(2)by inserting after subsection (g) the following:(h)Provide emergency assistance to dairy and livestock producers for livestock relocation, shelter-in-place, and feed crop losses due to natural disasters..
