Limitation on plea deal

The President shall direct the Attorney General to refuse any plea for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed or any co-conspirators responsible for the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, to the extent that any such plea precludes a public trial or a sentence that includes capital punishment.
