<section section-type="section-one" id="H67CF94C424B94A4495E0E896F9EFFE6B"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Fencing at the United States Capitol Complex Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section section-type="subsequent-section" id="H052BCB234AB0465FBBF80FCBD98E4943"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibiting use of funds for new permanent fencing around United States Capitol</header> <subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H7E6DFE8BF3F1496593F6025DE543EDBD"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">No Federal funds may be used to install new permanent fencing around—</text>
<paragraph id="HA5D92C75639447CCADA551DE078DBD42"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the perimeter of any of the Capitol Buildings described in section 5101 of title 40, United States Code; or</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H1372F6DEDE7947FEAE30762B8EFBB5BB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the perimeter of the United States Capitol Grounds, or any portion thereof, described in section 5102 of such title.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H18E2D48027BB424BB4589288DFE9A96F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Repair and replacement of existing fencing</header><text>Nothing in subsection (a) shall be construed to prohibit the repair or replacement of fencing that was in existence on the date of enactment of this Act around an area described in subsection (a). </text></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
