<section id="H539B2C7CE59841CC8522FDEA79541FD4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Building on Reemployment Improvements to Deliver Good Employment for Workers Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote>BRIDGE for Workers Act</quote>.</text></section> <section id="H637C57C40D0E4A2EBD22044042BFBAA7"><enum>2.</enum><header>Eligibility for reemployment services</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 306(a) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/506">42 U.S.C. 506(a)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H4124703A543545508A8924EB949BBE35"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>individuals referred to reemployment services as described in section 303(j)</quote> and inserting <quote>claimants for unemployment compensation, including claimants referred to reemployment services as described in section 303(j),</quote>; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H8C33FC5EE1964578BA18CBF450778A82"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking <quote>such individuals</quote> and inserting <quote>such claimants</quote>.</text></paragraph></section>
