Continued operation of Federal Aviation Administration

In the case of a lapse in appropriations for the Federal Aviation Administration, there are appropriated such amounts as may be necessary for the operation of such Administration for the lesser of—(1)30 days; or(2)the duration of the lapse in appropriation.
