This Act may be cited as the Abbey Gate Gold Star Families Dignified Transport Act.

Payment instead of reimbursement for the transportation of certain remains to two locations if the second location is a national cemetery

Section 1482(a)(8)(B) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the second sentence.
