Short title

This Act may be cited as the Guam Emergency Alert System Act.

2.

Establishment of grant

Subject to available appropriations, the Secretary of Homeland Security is directed to establish a $2,000,000 grant available to Guam Homeland Security and Office of Civil Defense, for the purpose of purchasing updated island-wide alarm systems in Guam, and to establish an emergency broadcasting center in Guam.
