<section id="H4CDE107759F44C32AE57C59E8B3FFC50" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the Guam Emergency Alert System Act.</text></section> <section id="H4C80427F575947A9AAA79FDC90C5597F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Establishment of grant</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subject to available appropriations, the Secretary of Homeland Security is directed to establish a $2,000,000 grant available to Guam Homeland Security and Office of Civil Defense, for the purpose of purchasing updated island-wide alarm systems in Guam, and to establish an emergency broadcasting center in Guam.</text></section>
