Short title

This Act may be cited as the Combatting Human-Trafficking of Innocent Lives Daily Act of 2023 or the CHILD Act of 2023.

Raise mandatory minimum of years of imprisonment for engaging in trafficking of any persons under age of 18

Section 1591(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: (b)The punishment for an offense under subsection (a) is a fine under this title and imprisonment for not less than 25 years or for life. .
