Short title

This Act may be cited as the Credit Monitoring Integrity Act of 2023.

Amendment to applicability of credit monitoring for active duty military consumers

Section 605A(k) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681c–1(k)) is amended by striking paragraph (4).
