Short title

This Act may be cited as the Prevent Discrimination in Title X Act.

Prohibition on discrimination

Section 1006 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300a–4) is amended by adding at the end the following:(e)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary may not require any State, individual, or other entity to counsel or refer for abortions as a condition for receiving funding under this title..
