<section id="H3A1DC64CCF9E4042A5EB45B45710F1AE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Change of date relating to amount benefitting from special arbitrage rule</header> 
<subsection id="HF2C84FFC0E544E7698ED57BD89303674"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Paragraph (4) of section 648 of the Tax Reform Act of 1984 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/98/369">Public Law 98–369</external-xref>, 98 Stat. 494) is amended by striking <quote>October 9, 1969</quote> and inserting <quote>March 1, 1985</quote>.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HB2969BA995F244989535403D121749CC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective Date</header><text>The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act.</text></subsection></section>
