Short title

This Act may be cited as the ThinkDIFFERENTLY Agriculture Accessibility Act of 2023.

ThinkDIFFERENTLY National AgrAbility Project

Section 1680 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5933) is amended—(1)in the section heading, by striking Assistive technology program for farmers with disabilities and inserting ThinkDIFFERENTLY National AgrAbility Project;(2)in subsection (a)—(A)in paragraph (3)—(i)in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end;(ii)in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and(iii)by adding at the end the following:(F)provide education and support to youth and young adults with disabilities interested in farming and farm-related occupations.; and(B)in paragraph (5)—(i)in the paragraph heading, by striking amount and inserting and maximum amounts; and(ii)by inserting and not more than $260,000 after $150,000; and(3)in subsection (c)(1)—(A)in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end;(B)in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and(C)by adding at the end the following:(C)$8,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2033..
