Short title

This Act may be cited as the Providing Radiation Exposed Servicemembers Undisputed Medical Eligibility Act or the PRESUME Act.

Prohibition of requirement of evidence of a certain dose of radiation to determine that a veteran is a radiation-exposed veteran

Section 1112(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:(5)The Secretary may not require evidence of a certain dose of radiation to determine that a veteran is a radiation-exposed veteran..
