and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph><paragraph id="H71E56B54FB144A57A31E2ADBCE6C4B88"><enum>(4)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HF44FAB56DC2C43A9817C87EDAE11138F" changed="added" reported-display-style="italic" committee-id="HED00"><clause id="HB547CEB41EBE41F593D8C31035AFF741"><enum>(ii)</enum><header>Notification required</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Within a reasonable timeframe prior to the first convening of the individualized education program team for a child with a disability for a school year, the local educational agency that serves such child shall notify the parent of such child that such parent may, under clause (i)(VI), include other individuals who have knowledge or special expertise regarding the child, including related services personnel as appropriate, as part of the individualized education program team.</text></clause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section></legis-body><endorsement display="yes"><action-date date="20231025">October 25, 2023</action-date><action-desc>Reported with an amendment, committed to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union, and ordered to be printed</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
